2. What we collect

Account and billing data (name, email, company and VAT ID, address), order and license history, and technical data such as the domains where your license is activated and the IP used at activation.

3. Why we process it

To fulfil orders and issue invoices (contract), to operate the licensing server and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

4. Processors

We share the minimum necessary data with Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional emails) and our hosting provider. VAT IDs are validated through the EU VIES service.

5. Retention

Invoicing data is kept for the legally required period. Other account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised on request.

6. Your rights

You may access, rectify, export or erase your data from your account settings, or by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (session, language and cart). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
