2. Products and licenses
We sell software extensions, templates and a configurable mobile application under a per-domain license. The license is perpetual; only access to updates is time-limited (the update window purchased).
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your country. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, through your account, as license keys and download links.
5. Right of withdrawal
For digital content delivered immediately, you expressly agree at checkout to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, GEO 34/2014 art. 16). Once the download is made available, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
6. Updates and support
During the purchased update window you may download every compatible release. After it expires the license keeps working, but new updates require a renewal.
7. Acceptable use
Licensed code may not be resold, redistributed or decrypted. Each production domain must be covered by a valid license activation.
8. Liability
The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian and EU law. Consumer disputes may be submitted to the EU ODR platform.
